Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 20 samosa wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan and sauté until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the beef mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef filling in the center.
  6. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, then seal the edges with a little water.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the sambusas until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the sambusas from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
