Ingredients

Instructions
- Season the pork belly slices with sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Heat a stovetop grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned pork belly slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Transfer the grilled pork belly to a serving plate.
- Wrap the pork belly in lettuce leaves, add ssamjang, kimchi, and green onions, and enjoy!
