Ingredients

  • Green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the pork belly slices with sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Heat a stovetop grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place the seasoned pork belly slices on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Transfer the grilled pork belly to a serving plate.
  5. Wrap the pork belly in lettuce leaves, add ssamjang, kimchi, and green onions, and enjoy!
