Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) pork belly, thinly sliced
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Green peppers
- Ssamjang (fermented bean paste)
Instructions
- Season the pork belly slices with sea salt and black pepper.
- Preheat a stovetop grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned pork belly slices on the grill or pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove the pork belly from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the cooked pork belly with fresh lettuce leaves, minced garlic, green peppers, and ssamjang. Wrap the pork belly and desired condiments in the lettuce leaves and enjoy!
