Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 2 mangos, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, green onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- While the crab cakes are chilling, prepare the mango salsa. In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve the crab cakes with the mango salsa on top.
