Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the barbecue sauce.
- Brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce, then cover the baking sheet with foil.
