Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
