Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and grated ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add beef slices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and onion, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet, pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
