Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add the flour and salt to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball.
