Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 500g puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onions, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares of desired size.
  4. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each pastry square, then fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops of the pastries with vegetable oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the samsa cool slightly before serving.
