Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
