Ingredients
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 1 3/4 cups of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a large pot, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and coconut oil.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
