Santomean Fish And Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or sea bass

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
