Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
