Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, lamb, pork, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a long, sausage-like kebab.
  3. Heat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. Serve the Sarajevski Ćevapi hot with flatbread, chopped onions, and ajvar.
