Sarajevski Janjetina (sarajevo Sautéed Lamb)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb, cut into chunks
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the lamb chunks and brown them on all sides.
- Remove the lamb from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté the onions and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the paprika, cumin, coriander, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the red wine and beef broth, then return the lamb to the pot.
- Simmer the lamb for 1 hour, or until it is tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve the Sarajevski Janjetina hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
