Ingredients
- 4 cups rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and sugar.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add water and bring to a boil.
- Pour the hot butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well to form a crumbly dough.
- Press the dough into a greased cake tin, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into slices.
