Ingredients

  • 4 cups rice flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and sugar.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the hot butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well to form a crumbly dough.
  5. Press the dough into a greased cake tin, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting into slices.
