Ingredients

  • 8 fresh sardines, cleaned and gutted
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the sardines with salt and pepper, inside and out.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and olive oil to make a marinade.
  4. Brush the sardines with the marinade, making sure to coat them evenly.
