Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut four large pieces of parchment paper and fold them in half.
- Divide the sliced vegetables among the parchment paper, placing them on one side of the fold.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place one fillet on top of the vegetables on each piece of parchment paper.
- Top each salmon fillet with a few slices of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
- Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and vegetables, then crimp the edges to seal the packets.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and transfer the contents to plates.
- Serve the Sark Salmon en Papillote immediately, allowing each diner to open their own packet at the table.
