Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Saskatoon berries
- 1 onion, sliced

- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

- Return the tofu to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
