Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and lime juice. Heat over low heat, stirring until smooth and heated through.
