Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breast, cut into cubes

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
