Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
