Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, turmeric, and coriander. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.

- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the peanut sauce. In a food processor, blend the peanuts, garlic, red chili peppers, tamarind paste, and water until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
