  • 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 red chili peppers, seeded
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, turmeric, and coriander. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
