Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine coconut milk, curry powder, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and salt. Mix well to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice charred exterior.
