Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice charred exterior.
