Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Grill the beef skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Serve the grilled beef skewers with the warm peanut sauce.
