Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the onion, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili powder, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and salt.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Serve the Sate Daging Bumbu hot with steamed rice and your favorite dipping sauce.
