  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shallots, garlic, lemongrass, red chilies, turmeric, coriander, cumin, salt, and coconut milk to make the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
