Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and coat it well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the beef skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve the Sate Sapi Makassar hot with steamed rice and peanut sauce.
