Instructions
- In a large pot, layer the sauerkraut, onion, and garlic.
- Arrange the smoked sausage, pork belly, and ham hock on top of the sauerkraut mixture.
- Add the juniper berries, bay leaves, caraway seeds, and white wine to the pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the bay leaves and serve the Choucroute Garnie hot.
