Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the grated potatoes, chopped onion, eggs, flour, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the potato mixture and carefully place it in the hot oil, flattening it with a spatula to form a pancake shape.
