Ingredients
- 2 cups masa harina
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled chorizo
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the masa harina and warm water to form a smooth dough.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the refried beans, mozzarella cheese, chorizo, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, salt, and cumin.
