Savory Souvlaki Skewers (Αρωματικές σουβλάκια)
Savory Souvlaki Skewers are a traditional dish from the Komi cuisine, known for its rich flavors and aromatic spices. These skewers are perfect for a summer barbecue or a cozy indoor gathering.

- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon (5g) dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon (5g) dried thyme

- Warm the pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.
- Serve the souvlaki skewers with warm pita bread and your choice of tzatziki sauce, hummus, or Greek salad.
