Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, flour, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  5. Using the back of a spoon, spread each mound into a thin circle.
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the tuiles are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before carefully transferring the tuiles to a wire rack to cool completely and become crispy.
