Ingredients
- 200g smoked salmon, sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the salad onto 4 plates and top each with slices of smoked salmon.
