Ingredients
- 200g smoked reindeer meat
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top the sauce with the shredded mozzarella, smoked reindeer meat, sliced red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
