Ingredients

  • 200g smoked reindeer meat
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Top the sauce with the shredded mozzarella, smoked reindeer meat, sliced red onion, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
