Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, boiled and sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml white wine vinegar

- 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled and sliced potatoes with the chopped onion.
