Ingredients

  • 12 chicken wings

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have nice grill marks.
