Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
