Ingredients
- 4 bitter melons

- 4 cups water

Instructions
- Prepare the bitter melons by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, onion, garlic, tomato, green chilies, tamarind paste, palm sugar, and salt.
- Stuff the bitter melons with the chicken filling.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pot and sauté the stuffed bitter melons until they are slightly browned.
- Pour in the water and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve the stuffed bitter melon soup hot with steamed rice.
