Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

  3. Add carrots, green beans, and bell peppers, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add cabbage, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
