Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, snap peas, bell peppers)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons taoco (fermented soybean paste)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu and stir-fry until lightly golden brown.
- Add the mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the taoco, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
