Scampi Di Gamberi (shrimp Scampi)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
