Scampi Di Gamberi (shrimp Scampi)

Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
