Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sea buckthorn puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream, sea buckthorn puree, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
