Schezwan Chicken

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with Schezwan sauce and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, ginger, and green chilies until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they are slightly tender.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Next, add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
