Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2-3 tbsp Schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the bell pepper and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the paneer cubes and cooked rice. Gently toss to combine.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
