Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Place the pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to 1/4-inch thickness.

- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
