Scottish Cranachan Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons whisky (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, toast the oats until golden and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the honey and whisky, if using.
