Scottish Cranachan Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons whisky (optional)

Instructions
