Scrumptious Hyderabadi Lukhmi With Mint Chutney

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup minced lamb
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour and ghee to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, cook the minced lamb, onion, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt until the meat is cooked and the mixture is dry.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin oval shape.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked lamb mixture on one half of the oval dough and fold the other half over to form a rectangle. Press the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the lukhmis until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
