Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid)
- 4 cups seafood broth
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
