Seafood Casserole
This seafood casserole is a delightful combination of flavors from the sea, perfect for a special dinner or gathering with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound cooked pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the skillet, and cook until the seafood is just opaque.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the seafood mixture, then transfer everything to a casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
