Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound cooked pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the skillet, and cook until the seafood is just opaque.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the seafood mixture, then transfer everything to a casserole dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
