Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and white fish)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the seafood by cleaning and removing any shells or bones.
