Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or cod
- 1 lb mixed seafood (mussels, squid, scallops)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup seafood broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the seafood broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, white fish, and mixed seafood to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
